"Waterford, Me/Feb 18" postmark at upper left, the cover with ornate design printed in gold surrounding the address panel, plus the original enclosure with elaborate embossing and die cutting design with a mirror sticker at center (cracked) surrounded by delicate handpainted flowers, very fine; an impressive Valentine;
