Peterel and headed "Officer's Letter", the former bearing 1858-79 1d. red Pl. 116 block of four and singles (2) tied by Derry "172" duplex, the latter (piece missing from centre of face panel) bearing 1869 6d. Pl.8 tied by Derry "172" duplex and showing handstruck "d1" in red. An interesting pair
