1910 (10 Dec.) mourning envelope from Bulawayo to Scotland, bearing red-brown and mauve, [46] King's extra curl neatly cancelled by double-ring datestamp and showing manuscript "1d late fee paid" at upper left corner, arrival datestamp (5.1.11) on reverse; a couple of small imperfections though an early and most unusual usage.
