1945 (Dec.) Victory 3d. deep blue and blue, a marginal vertical strip of eight (severed in half) being the first vertical row of the sheet, the top stamp with surcharge omitted, the other seven stamps with "Bechuanaland" at top with an impression of the overprint in the interpanneau margin, all a little toned, unmounted mint.
