Edward I (1279-1307), Pennies (3), London, Class 7a, 1.33g, rose on breast, almond eyes, double barred Ns, obverse legend reads dns yb, rev. civi tas lon don, some encrustation in the devices, but an excellent portrait, better than very fine, 1.39g, variety with no rose on breast, edge loss from an attempted piercing, otherwise nearly very fine, 1.41g, a late obverse die with incurved letters, nearly very fine (N.1032; S.1403; Stewartby p.173, VIIa; the second BNJ 59 pl.6/8 this coin), the first and second extremely rare (3)
