5c. on 8c. bright orange variety surcharge inverted cancelled by "B62" in black; the stamp has been reperforated at right and at foot, otherwise an attractive example of this error which leaves the surcharge easy to see. Only about fifteen examples of this error have been recorded and several of these have perforation faults. Pink B.P.A. Certificate (2015) stating " ... genuine, has been partially reperforated".
