Plate 2: PL constant variety, large to enormous margins and showing a portion of the adjoining stamp at left, upright and fairly central deep blue Maltese Cross cancellation (not tied) on entire dated 4 Oct. 1841 to St. Austell with framed "No. 1" receiving house handstamp of St. Agnes and matching deep blue Truro c.d.s. alongside; two vertical fining folds, clear of the adhesive, fine.
