Partridge "Priest and Viceroy of Tristan da Cunha" to London, bearing G.B. ½d. and 1d. sharing a fine strike of the very rare "tristan da cunha/island of" handstamp in red with a further superb strike alongside, London Paquebot arrival c.d.s. (26.6) at foot, the reverse with a further strike of the handstamp with "island of" portion struck above the rest and dated "10-2-29" in manuscript; envelope with tear at left and a few small faults through opening though attractive and very rare..
