1892 (25 Sept.) envelope to Gravenmacher, Luxembourg, bearing 1885-93 1d. pair and 2d. olive-bistre tied by "johannesburg/z.a.r." datestamps, and the 2d. additionally tied by "t" handstamp, London, Luxembourg Gare and Gravenmacher transit and arrival markings on reverse; light stains but a most unusual destination
