1963 World Tobacco Congress 3d. vertical strip of five from the top of the sheet, the top stamp showing partially dry print of the olive-brown resulting in value largely disappearing and a thickening of "rhodesia & nyasaland", etc. fine unmounted mint and accompanied by a normal strip for comparison.
