Livingstone Provisional, ½d. on 1d. rose-scarlet horizontal strip of three, [18-20] of the setting, surcharge inverted, [18-19] with spaced "n y", overprint positions [38-40] and stamp positions [21-23], mint with the outer stamps unmounted; a couple on tiny light tone marks, otherwise fine.
