(Pick 13as, TBC TB 20 for type), piece missing from lower margin, glue remnants on reverse at right, several purple SPECIMEN stamps and CANCELLED perforation, otherwise lacking and fold and a pleasing good extremely fine, a specimen made from a part issued note, exceptionally rare
