S.G. #PF3, 1899 (-) Black on yellow, third issue, a most remarkable and exceedingly rare full sheet of twelve, with imperforate margins at right, top and bottom and perforated margin at left as produced, pos. 1 and 3 with no stop after "V" (S.G. #PF3a), full o.g., h.r. reinforcements of some perf. separations, pos 10 with sealed tear, otherwise fine-very fine; with each stamp showing the distinctive characteristics of its position this is an essential multiple for the plater and is of course the largest known multiple.
