S.G. #PF2, 1898 (-) Black, second issue, an exceedingly rare full sheet of four, pos. 1 showing no stop after "V", pos. 2 showing broken base to "O", pos. 3 with broken left serif to "V", and pos. 4 showing no special features, full clean o.g. with a hint of toning, piece of selvage missing above pos. 2 which also has a light crease, and small thin in selvage below pos. 3, otherwise very fine; an essential multiple for plating this issue.
