Denmark #88a, 1913 4o Blue, bisect, the lower left diagonal half with perforations trimmed away, tied along with 1913 5o Green (#97) by well struck "Sandevaag" star Faroe Islands postmark to cover to Thorshavn with "Thorshavn/30.1.19" datestamp alongside, cover reduced at left, otherwise a fine late usage; the bisects were authorized for use from 3-23 January, 1919 and were replaced by the 2o surcharged stamps which apparently were not available in small post offices.
