#387a, 1959 5c St. Lawrence Seaway, center inverted, tied by "Winnipeg Man./Canada/31 VIII, 1959" slogan machine cancel to Royal Bank of Canada Order for New Cheque Book and Service Charge Debit Voucher card with printed address to the bank, straightline "Sep - 1 1959 Received" handstamp, card with some light creases at top left and light stain at top center as is to be expected with a purely commercial usage, otherwise very fine and rare; only sixteen covers or cards franked by a Seaway invert have been recorded, with many of the covers being the less desirable legal size.
