Klein Windhuk: 1916 (21 Sept.) envelope to the Friedensbureau in Berne franked ½d., 1d. (pair) with manuscript "Klein/Windhuk/21.9.16" cancellations, violet circular "passed censor/c.15" alongside, on reverse converted Windhoek d.s., 99 Censor strip and Berne (7.11) arrival; a couple of tiny stains but a very rare cover.
