1895-97 7mm. watermark, vertical mesh, perf 10x11, 1d. rose Die 3 block of nine with interpanneau margin at left, two horizontal rows between 1st and 2nd rows and between 2nd and 3rd rows showing original perf 10 corrected to perf 11 for "mixed perfs", unused with much original gum; two of the official patching strips on reverse are missing and some age spots on perfs.
