1778 (13 March), a very Interesting American War of Independence Proclamation particularly addressed to British Seaman serving in Rebel American ships, as well as French ships. Large Royal Coat of Arms top centre, impressive item, size 13" × 14". Also includes a slip printed on velum with manuscript endorsement to the Sheriff of the County of Northumberland.
