1469 (1 December) vellum document in latin being a quitclaim by Thomas Watson of Ripon, Yorkshire, and his wife Beatrix, to Thomas Hawkisworth of Hawksworth, Yorkshire "Gentylman", of all rights in property granted by Watson to Hawkisworth, in Menston, Yorkshire.



Two small seals of Watson and his wife in red wax, largely complete; on seal tags cut from a document of the period.
