South African Reserve Bank, a large and useful group of £1 notes, all 1938-1947, every one has a different date and prefix, there are 1938 (3), 1939, 1940 (2), 1941 (2), 1942 (4), 1943 (3), 1944 (4), 1945, 1946 (3) and 1947, all black on multicolour underprint, Galleon at left
(Pick 84c, 84e, 84f), mixed grades but generally very fine, with a few better, a great lot for those missing certain dates, or as a starter collection (20)
