(Pick 19p, 19ctp; LNZ NBL B1p, B1bt), ink annotations concerning approval of colour and signature in respective top margins, red squiggle deleting printed letters on obverse of first note, otherwise good extremely fine and excessively rare, if not unique, in this format (2)
