1875 (24 Feb.) Clandins Watts envelope from St. Pierre and Miquelon to Harbor Grace, Newfoundland, bears 1868-73 3c. blue cancelled by pen strokes with the despatch c.d.s. alongside; however, due to the winter storms, the mail could not depart and was delayed until the 31st. March when it was re-routed via Halifax with three Canada Small Queen 3c. added and all cancelled by the Halifax "H" in barred oval with the new despatch c.d.s. With two blue crayon rate marks crossed through, the reverse with faint Halifax and St. John c.d.s. and manuscript "Recd 29th April 75".
