1921 "nine pies" on 1a. rose-carmine block of forty with margins or interpanneau margins all round, variety surcharge inverted, two with "pies" upright and one with pies" damaged at base, mint with toned gum, some stamps/perfs. severed and rejoined, otherwise sound. R.P.S. Certificate (2006) states "is a genuine impression of the surcharge - no opinion on status"
