1898 (31 Aug.) envelope to Shanghai bearing pair of 2c. deep orange tied by an upright strike of Kiukiang Dollar chop, the reverse with part Shanghai Dollar chop (7.9) showing reversed "S" and the flap with part imprint of Customs House Kiungchow, Hainan.
