1860 (18 Feb.) and 1861 (22 April), stampless envelopes to France, each with boxed "GB/1f.60c" (Salles 3040) accountancy markings on the front, red Cape Town/ Cape of Good Hope datestamps and a variety of other transit and arrival markings on the reverse, the second with "cotes orientales d'afrique/commandant /en chef" embossed on flap; faults but scarce.
