1938-52 issue, a specialised mint collection neatly mounted and written-up on pages with a range of shades and papers, many showing plate varieties with a few accompanied by Columbus stamps for comparison, including ½d. green (2) and ½d. brown-purple showing elongated "E", 2d. pale slate (6, one with short "T", cleaned), 2d. scarlet with short "T" contained in a block of twelve, 1/- (20), 5/- (13) and £1 (7) shades, ½d. green (2, one showing elongated "E"), ½d. brown-purple, 1d. grey, 2d. scarlet, 2d. green (2) and 3d. scarlet sheets of sixty, and few later with 1946 Victory sheets and 1948 Wedding set (2).
