6d. dull lilac, cut square, touched at top and left, on envelope, dated 4 Jan. 1855, addressed to Brussels, London numeral cancellation and tied by red "p.d." in oval, on reverse "angleterre par ouest" and blue Bruxelles arrival datestamps; small part of flap missing and a light horizontal bend crosses the adhesive.
