MH, large margins, tied by red Maltese Cross cancellation on entire letter, dated 23 May 1840, to Dorchester, on reverse and opening well for display, fine red "blandford/23 my 1840/py post" marking; light vertical filing bends, one of which just affects the adhesive at right; fine and most attractive.
