1856-1980 collection containing an interesting assembly of "Suns" classic issues, starting with few examples of the "Diligencias" following the unissued 180c. (4) and 240c., "Block Type" issue with 120c. used and unused (2), 180c. and 240c. unused/mint with duplicates, the "Thin" and "Thick" Figures issues with nearly 300 stamps including "Thin Figures" 80c. unused and mint block of 30 of 180c., "Thick Figures" 180c. mint (2) and used (6, one on piece with scarce Carmelo cancellation), and other values used/unused from both issues with large duplication, also featuring better cancellations such as "scarab", Rosario, Porongos and Treinta y Tres, all in blue, and red Montevideo oval; transfer block reconstruction of "Thick" 60c.; following "Escuditos" with 6c. brick-red or rose in four mint blocks of four, 10c. on 8c. tête-bêche pair with Hernández Rocha certificate, 20c. on 6c. brick-red unused; "Numerals" with imperf. 20c. reconstruction of 25 types used; the later issues with better sets and values including airmails and officials, and a cancellation study.
