1896 (Aug.) envelope ex the Bishop Tucker correspondence to his wife in England and probably from Mengo, initialled "BEEA" and bearing 1896 4a. black with blue crayon cross and in combination with British East Africa 2½a. deep blue neatly cancelled by Mombasa c.d.s. (14.8), Zanzibar (18.8) and arrival (14.9) c.d.s. on reverse. Photo
