1901 Opening of Parliament and Royal Visit by the Duke and Duchess of York; a collection of items which includes tickets to the evening reception on 9th May 1901 (2, one with original envelope), a delightful envelope to General Sir Edwin Collen (the representative for India), sent from South Kensington to India with two redirections in Melbourne bearing 1d. and 2d. Postage Due, a picture post card depicting the opening Parliament plus some recent commemorative stamps.
