1936 (23 Sept.) envelope from England to Lusaka and recovered from the wreck of the Imperial airliner "Boadicea" which disappeared over the English Channel with the loss of both crew members, stamp floated off and showing French wreck cachet in red, the reverse with French "Postes, Telegraphes et Telephones" label strip of four tied by Lusaka arrival c.d.s. (10.11); also two contemporary newspaper cuttings announcing the recovery of a bag of mail from the wreck. Photo
