Master of the frame for 1/-/20/- values in black engraved by W.G. Fairweather, on wove paper (81x97mm.) showing reversed die number "10468" at top and endorsed in pencil "Appd 23/Oct./24", the outer frame represented by four thin lines as opposed to the issued one thick and two thin lines; a couple of small imperfections at left edge, otherwise fine. A rare Waterlow proof for a Crown Agents contract. Photo
