Mathers of 2/14 Punjab Regt. bearing Maidstone Kent machine cancellation and British censor seal at left with faint Hong Kong Prisoner of War Camp handstamp in blue with Kawauchi seal in red and pencil "Recd 14/7/44" plus large "N" in blue crayon for Argyle Street Camp. With the original letter indicating that it was hoped the letter would arrive by Christmas, but taking another eighteen months. Tett fig. 4-2-14. Photo
