Reserve Bank of India, a double sided page with four pairs of archival photographs showing designs for 10 and 100 rupees, 1968, all black and white, all have Gandhi at left, and other design elements generally related to the life of Gandhi, or Indian architecture
(Pick unlisted designs), Gandhi did not appear on Indian notes for another 20 years, so these early designs are fascinating, particularly as the portrait is the same as those on the issued notes, the other design elements are completely different from anything issued, a unique and very important record (8)
