1542 Private Ernest Andrews, born Wood Green, Middlesex; enlisted in the Middlesex Regiment and served with the 1st/7th Battalion during the Great War; killed in action on the Western Front, 16.9.1916, and is commemorated on the Thiepval Memorial, France.
