Russia republics and related areas interesting collection of many hundreds of mint and used in a Scott album, includes the former republics, as well as offices in China and Turkey, plus Mongolia, Siberia, Karelia, etc., there is particular strength in Armenia, with many elusive overprints present, also of particular note is a specialized section of Wrangel issues, with all of the key stamps (Scott #261A, 284B, 284C, etc.) and a plethora of overprint varieties, such as inverted, double, printed on back, and some multiples, o.g. and mostly fine-very fine; an unusually comprehensive collection containing many elusive stamps.
