German colonies, offices, occupations and plebiscites collection of mint and used in an album, includes a wide range of colonies and offices, with early overprints and all of the Kaiser´s Yacht sets, also many of the WWI and WWII occupation issues, with several mint sets to be found among them, plus there are solid runs of Danzig, Memel, Saar, Marienwerder, Schleswig, etc., better items usually signed and ten certificates accompany the lot, mint are nearly all o.g., some minor flaws but overall fine-very fine; a most useful collection of these popular areas, with many highly saleable stamps to be found.
