Germany useful collection to 1971 in two Scott albums, includes some used States, early Germany mostly used, then mainly mint from the Third Reich onward, including solid postwar, with the Posthorn set and all the other early sets mint, also Berlin and DDR, plus there is value in colonies, occupations and plebiscites, mixed condition on the early issues, later material mostly fine-very fine with some of the better being never hinged.
