Colombia worthwhile mint and used collection to 1940 on Scott pages, with many used imperforate classics including scarce stamps, later postage issues are nearly complete, air posts include some elusive items, also other back-of-the-book issues, plus there is an unusually comprehensive showing of Colombian States, this area is generally lacking only the scarcest stamps for completion, slightly mixed condition, majority fine-very fine; well worth a closer look.
