Belgium highly representative mint and used collection to 1940 in a well filled Minkus album, early issue mainly used though a few unused/mint are present, with values to 5Fr and slight duplication, the 20th century is filled with desirable mint sets, including a solid run of the semi-postals, also good value in parcel post and railway stamps, plus there is Belgian Congo including scarce parcel post stamps as well as Belgian East Africa, mixed condition though the 20th century, is largely fine-very fine.
