Balkans mint and used collection on Scott pages, with Bosnia & Herzegovina, Eastern Rumelia, Montenegro, Serbia and a few others, as well as Yugoslavia stamps from 1918-1940, all countries are very well filled with a high degree of completion, mainly lacking only the rarities, somewhat mixed quality but mostly fine; a nice representation from these elusive countries.
