#16 var., 1883 2R Black on green, similar to the listed stamp except the ""Vale Dos Reales"" line is not printed, without gum as always, full to large margins all around, some paper remnants adhering to the back, very fine; the status of this stamp is unknown and therefore offered strictly on its merits, certainly a useful alternative to an almost impossible space to fill; signed Calves and accompanied by a 1994 APS certificate as Scott Estimate US$ 100-120
