#R64b, 60c Inland Exchange, part perforate, unused block of nine (2x4, plus extra stamp at top), rich bright color, rejoined perfs. between the two columns, horizontal creases between the stamps that cause paper splitting in some places, top stamp with clipped perfs. at left, fine-very fine appearance.
