Kingdom of Hawai´i royal document, measuring approximately 18"" x 11 1/2"", appointing Charles B. Wilson to be a ""Member of Our Privy Council of State"", dated March 7, 1891 in the first year of her reign, shortly after her ascension to the throne, signed ""Liliuokalani"" by the Queen and also signed ""Samuel Parker"" as Minister of Foreign Affairs, the document is headed by the royal arms with a green background and possesses an embossed royal arms on a large red adhesive seal, all making for a beautiful document, folded in quarters with usual signs of age, fine-very fine; the Privy Council of State was a group of the monarch´s closest advisors that gave confidential advice on matters of state, Charles Wilson would later became Marshal of Hawaii and the deposed Queen´s Estimate US$ 750-900
