#38, 30c Orange, a magnificent quality used example, possessing essentially perfect centering amid uncharacteristically large margins, so large in fact that the perforations clear the design all around which is almost impossible to find on this tightly margined value, lovely rich color and a strong detailed impression on bright paper, even its perforations are uniformly intact all around, again another rare trait on the perforated 15 issues, perfect central strike of a black rimless grid cancellation that has been lightly struck, an extremely fine gem for the connoisseur of used classics; 1999 PF certificate and a 2006 PSE certificate (XF-Superb 95; SMQ $4,000.00).
