#20a, 1900 "One Cent." surcharge on 15c Green and violet, inverted period, the variety is in the top left stamp in a left margin block of four, wonderfully well centered, o.g., never hinged, extremely fine and an excellent position piece; Stanley Gibbons calls this a raised stop, but it is more than just raised being truly inverted and in the position of an apostrophe (S.G. #15a; for hinged £830).
