#RW13a, 1946 $1.00 Hunting Permit stamp in Bright rose pink instead of red brown, a striking color error in a very distinct color than the normal printing, bright and fresh, o.g., n.h., very fine; only one block of ten stamps was ever found of this error, and with the plate block of six and one single housed in the National Postal Museum, that makes for only three copies available to collectors.
