1900 (24 July) Transvaal ½d. green card (printed goods receipt form of Z.A.S.M.), uprated with V.R.I. ½d. from Lt. L. LeDuc of "F" Company at Springs to Capt. J.E. Peltier of "F" Company at London, upon arrival redirected to Montreal and showing London (20.8) and Montreal (30.8) c.d.s., all on face; the message, written in French, concludes that he has no idea when the conflict will end
